2. About JARVIS Done
JARVIS Done is an AI-powered application developed by D'One that provides content management, scheduling, and automation services across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others. The Application connects to third-party platform APIs to perform actions on your behalf, as authorized by you.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use JARVIS Done. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account and Access
To use JARVIS Done, you may need to connect your third-party social media accounts. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs through your connected accounts
- Ensuring you have the right to manage the social media accounts you connect
5. Acceptable Use
When using JARVIS Done, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform
- Use the Application to distribute spam, harmful, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Application or its infrastructure
6. Third-Party Platforms
JARVIS Done integrates with third-party services (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others). Your use of these platforms through the Application is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. D'One is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.
7. Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or manage through JARVIS Done. By using the Application, you grant D'One a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and data protection regulations.
8. AI-Generated Content
JARVIS Done may use artificial intelligence to suggest, generate, or optimize content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and should be reviewed before publishing
- You are responsible for all content published through your accounts, including AI-assisted content
- D'One does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content
9. Intellectual Property
The JARVIS Done application, D'One platform, and all associated technology, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of D'One. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Application as intended.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D'One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of JARVIS Done, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D'One and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of JARVIS Done, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to JARVIS Done at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santarém, Portugal.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of JARVIS Done after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
